5 Days Murchison Falls and Queen Elizabeth safari
The 5 Days Murchison Falls and Queen Elizabeth safari showcases Uganda’s stunning natural beauty, incredible biodiversity, and massive wildlife encounters, making for an unforgettable safari experience amidst two of Africa’s most spectacular national parks.
Day 1: Transfer to Murchison falls.
Upon arrival at the airport, your guide will pick you up and brief you about the Uganda safari and later drive you to Murchison Falls National Park.
On you to park, you will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, a home of the endangered Rhinos, you will 2 hours to trek rhinos before proceeding to Murchison Falls National Park. You will also Have a lunch stop over at Masindi town. Then connect to the park.
Upon arrival in the afternoon, proceed to the top of the falls where you will witness the Nile River explode. After that amazing experience, proceed to check in your lodge where you will have Dinner and stay overnight
Day 2: Game drive and boat ride on River Nile
Wake up early morning, you will be served with breakfast at your lodge, after meet your guide and proceed for a game drive in search for wildlife animals.
While on your game drive, you will spot animals like buffalos, waterbucks, lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, Jackson’s heart beasts, oribis, warthogs and other species of animals at the delta.
Return later to the lodge for lunch and freshening and prepare an afternoon boat ride. After lunch your guide will take you to the landing site to start your boat cruise to the bottom of the falls. During the boat cruise, you will be able to spot different animal species such as hippos, crocodiles, elephants and buffaloes at the water edges. After return to the lodge for dinner and stay overnight
Day 3: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early morning breakfast at the lodge, check out of the lodge and meet your safari guide who will drive you to connect to Queen Elizabeth National Park which is in the south-west of the country.
On your way, you will have a lunch stopover in Fort portal town. After embark on your journey to the park with great spectacular views spotting a variety of wildlife on your way to the lodge such as antelopes, elephants and other wildlife. Enter the park and check in the lodge. Where you will have Dinner and stay Overnight.
Day 4: Game drive & boat cruise on Kazinga channel
After serving you an early morning breakfast, meet your guide and head out for the game drive. During your guide, you will spot different wildlife such as Lions, elephants, buffaloes and different antelope species.
After your game drive, return to the lodge for lunch and prepare for an afternoon boat ride on Kazinga channel.
After the boat ride Proceed to the lodge and relax at leisure where you will have Dinner and stay Overnight.
Day 5: Departure
After a morning breakfast briefly drive through the game trails as your embarking on your return journey to Kampala. En route in Mbarara for lunch and briefly stop at the Equator.
Proceed to Kampala where your guide will drop you off to the airport for your flight back home.
